How do I return a PET-NESS product?
At Pet-Ness, all of our products are custom printed on demand, which means we do not keep inventory. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in ensuring high-quality products and accurate orders. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@pet-ness.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Changes
Because all orders are processed immediately after purchase, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
