  • What is Pet-Ness?
    Pet-Ness is an online pet fashion brand. We design stylish pet and human products that your and pet will be proud to wear.
  • How do your products fit?
    Currently we only offer the standard Extra Small, Small, Medium , Large and Extra large sizing . Most of our products fit true to size. There can be approximately a 1 inch variance between what is expressed on our website and the actual size of the product you receive. Check the sizing chart next to the product you want to purchase for details (if available). We want to make sure you're happy with your order, so please email us at info@Pet-Ness with any sizing questions.
  • Do you offer any discounts for your products?
    The best way to stay in the know about sales and special offers is to join one of our social media pages and our mailing list
  • How long will it take for my products to arrive?
    All of our products are printed to order. We don’t keep an inventory . You should generally expect 12-16 days to receive your order. If you need your products delivered before a specific date, we suggest allowing at least three to four weeks in case there are any delays.
  • How do I track my package?
    You will get an email once your order ships. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours from your purchase, please contact info@Pet-Ness.com
  • I made a mistake with my order, how do I cancel it?
    Fulfillment is an automated process. You MUST let us know immediately if you need to cancel your order. There is a four hour window in which your order can be canceled. We will do our best to cancel any order, but once production begins, we can no longer cancel your order.
  • I need to make a Return/ Exchange?
    At Pet-Ness, all of our products are custom printed on demand, which means we do not keep inventory. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take pride in ensuring high-quality products and accurate orders. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@pet-ness.com with: Your order number A photo of the damaged or incorrect item We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Cancellations & Changes Because all orders are processed immediately after purchase, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.
